“Ini adalah barisan kabinet untuk (Datuk Seri) Najib menyediakan pertahanan terhadap serangan (Tun) Dr Mahathir, (Tan Sri) Muhyiddin dan (Datuk Seri) Anwar.”
Demikian kata sumber Umno ketika mengulas barisan kabinet baru yang diumumkan Datuk Seri Najib Razak petang semalam.
Bagi beliau, barisan kabinet yang diumumkan Najib ini bukannya dipilih untuk menjaga negara mahupun rakyat.
“Ia untuk menjaga kedudukannya sebagai Presiden Umno. Pertahanan rapi diletak terutamanya perlantikan Khairy (Jamaluddin) dan Abdul Rahman Dahlan sebagai anggota kabinet yang berani mengkritik (bekas Perdana Menteri) Tun Dr Mahathir apabila perlu,” kata sumber Umno kepada Harakahdaily....

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak mengumumkan Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi disatukan di bawah nama Kementerian Pelajaran manakala Kementerian Penerangan, Komunikasi dan Kebudayaan ditukar nama kepada Komunikasi dan Multimedia....

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is expected to announce a smaller Cabinet today as he makes adjustments to his administration to reflect the GE13 results.
While officials and the Prime Minister himself have remained tight-lipped on the size of the Cabinet, there has been much speculation about Najib trimming the make-up of the present 24 ministries.
The size of the country's Cabinet grew from 23 ministries with 29 ministers in 1999 to 27 ministries with 33 ministers in 2004.
In 2008, the size of the Cabinet shrank slightly to 26 ministries and 31 ministers....

A week has lapsed since the 13th General Elections where yet another wave of change of Tsunamic proportions was unleashed.
But this change, which should have been a change in government, was forestalled by the systemic fraud perpetrated by Najib’s UMNO-BN which robbed Pakatan Rakyat of its rightful victory.
This is not a question of mere electoral flaws or irregularities but a far and wide-ranging scheme of deception and cheating orchestrated at the highest levels calculated and executed to ensure that UMNO’s hold on power will remain, come hell or high water.
