PAS Hulu Langat MP Dr Che Rosli Che Mat, who is a trained nuclear expert, has come out in defence of the Lynas Corp rare earth plant in Gebeng, Kuantan. He has taken a step further, blasting PKR MP Fuziah Salleh of lying about the plan and “frightening the public” by claiming Lynas is a nuclear plant when it is not.

Dr Che Rosli said he had enough of the lies by the Kuantan MP, adding that he had been keeping quiet all this while because it was brought up by a Pakatan MP but says enough is enough. “I have been silent so far but this is unfair. They have been making comments in every issue of Harakah,” he said, adding he was deeply disturbed and embarrassed by the allegations made up by the half-baked Kuantan MP.

Fuziah has made allegations of radiation leaks, which Dr Che Rosli has dismissed as plain bullshit cooked up by the super imaginative MP. This portal has also been informed that many of the “Save Malaysia Stop Lynas” group comprises PKR members, pretending to be NGO activists. Dr Che Rosli had in fact made the same statement in 2009 because of his professional conscience but he was shut up by his PAS leaders
